We appreciate you taking the time to read the terms & conditions below. We understand they can sometimes be boring and long but we intentionally keep it short and to the point.

Please allow for 12-24 weeks for completion.
Errin will require a picture from your wedding to complete the painting. You will correspond with her about picture selection and about the photographer providing permission to recreate their work. We cannot proceed with the project without the photographers permission.
With this project, we are only able to use pressed flowers. We may only be able to use partial flowers depending on the size of the painting. For flowers such as full roses, we will need to accomodate by using petals or small portions of the preserved flowers. 3D flowers are not an option for this artwork.
Please understand that all pieces are handmade and one of a kind. With some pieces there may be minor imperfections that are unavoidable in production.
Colour of the preserved flowers will vary based on the flowers composition and age. Through the preservation process, especially with pressing the flowers may darken or change colour.
You understand that we will not return any of the preserved leftovers unless specifically requested. We will however, return any ornaments/ribbon and vases that get dropped off with your bouquet.
All resin will slightly yellow over time. We use a high quality resin to slow this process. Please avoid leaving your resin piece in direct sunlight to avoid yellowing.
Designs for larger pieces are first done at the descretion of the designer unless client has specific design request. We strive to collaborate with our clients to create a piece that best suits their preference
Designs for requested pieces are based upon the appearance of the original fresh bouquet and are at the discretion of the designer. If there are elements of the bouquet you would like highlighted or removed from your final design, please inform us when we send you the mockup.
Wilted Wonders is not liable for lost pieces or flowers in transit. You understand that you are responsible for all shipping fees and these fees are not included on the listing price of your order.
